One person was killed and two others escaped unharmed following an incident involving a train in Monaca, Beaver County.The incident happened a little before 12:40 a.m. Tuesday in the area of Atlantic Avenue and 4th Street.Beaver County 911 said the train is run by CSX and Monaca police and firefighters responded to the scene, as well as paramedics.Volunteer firefighters from Hopewell Township were also observed on the scene. There was no initial word on the identity of the person killed.
