A suspect is in custody after a man was fatally shot in the borough of Mount Oliver on Saturday.Allegheny County police said officers were called to a shooting in the 100 block of Amanda Avenue around 12:30 p.m. A man was found dead on the scene.A Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 photojournalist on scene found several police cruisers and officers investigating. Police said the man appears to have been shot in the doorway of his home. The Allegheny County medical examiner later identified him as Dana Burks, 49.An update Sunday morning from county police said 21-year-old Rasheed Horne had turned himself in and was being charged with homicide in this shooting. He is being held in the Allegheny County Jail as he awaits arraignment. Allegheny County police are leading the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-833-ALL-TIPS.
