UPDATE: The Washington County Coroner has identified the victim as Sandra Zuraw, 77, of McMurray.A person is dead following a single-vehicle crash in Washington County Sunday afternoon.County Coroner Tim Warco said the crash happened in the 4000 block of Washington Road around 12:15 p.m. He said the driver lost control before crashing. The driver was taken to Canonsburg Hospital, where they were pronounced dead.No identity has been released for the driver killed.The coroner’s office is investigating this as a “probable medical event.”
