Enough to make you forget Terminator: Dark Fate and Terminator Genisys?
And if the saga Terminator still had some left in the tank? After the disappointments of the last live-action films, Netflix has rekindled the flame by unveiling the trailer for Terminator Zero. An animated series by Masashi Kudō (best known for his work on Bleach) and Mattson Tomlin (notably co-writer of The Batman) and treated like a Japanese anime. The result is quite exciting and Terminator Zero seems to have perfectly understood how to revive the franchise. And this even if the scenario is still vague: visibly Skynet wants to eliminate a certain Malcolm Lee, engineer at Cortex Industries. The action seems to take place both in our time and in the future, after the apocalypse.
The voice cast will include Timothy Olyphant, Rosario Dawson, Sonoya Mizuno, André Holland and Ann Dowd. Terminator Zero is set to hit Netflix on August 29. Watch the trailer below:
