A new version of the novel “Salem's Lot” (1975), which will be released in streaming on the Max platform.
This is a project that carries James Wan for over 5 years! This time, Salem's Lotadaptation of the horror novel Salem (from 1975) signed Stephen Kingwill indeed reach us. The film, directed by Gary Dauberman (Annabelle) will not be released in theaters as originally planned. A 2022 release was mentioned at the time, then it was postponed to 2023 after the merger of New Line and Warner Bros. studios with Discovery Inc… before being canceled. The film was almost dumped like Batgirl Or Coyote vs Acme. But ultimately, it is the Max platform that will broadcast Salem streaming on our small screens.
