Police search for attempted kidnapping suspect in Koreatown – NBC Los Angeles

Police were looking for a man who tried to kidnap a child in Koreatown Tuesday afternoon, the Los Angeles Police Department said. 

The incident happened near the intersection of Vermont Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard. 

When the man was unsuccessful at taking the 2-year-old child, the man got on the bus 204 and ran away from the scene, the LAPD said.
