A family member and the mayor of Plum have confirmed the names of three of the people killed in Saturday’s house explosion in Plum Borough.Emily Sebunia confirmed that her father, Kevin Sebunia, was killed. Sebunia shared photos with Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 of her and her father on her wedding day, just over a month ago, and of her parents hiking the Grand Canyon.“My father was the most joyful, loving, selfless man you could ever encounter,” Emily Sebunia said.Plum Mayor Harry Schlegel confirmed the loss of two Plum employees.He said Plum Borough Manager, Michael Thomas, and Director of Planning and Development, Heather Oravitz, were both killed in the explosion.“I’ve known them for many years, both before I was mayor.
