OMG 2 Box Office Collection Day 5: Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam starrer OMG 2 released on August 11 along with Sunny Deol’s Ghadar 2. Both these films are getting lots of love from the audience.
On August 15, Independence Day, ‘Oh My God 2’ became the highest grosser ever. On Tuesday, it grossed around Rs 18 crore in India. The film has now crossed the Rs 100 crore mark.
As reported by tracker Saknilk, the film has grown manifold from its first day and collected Rs 18.50 crore on Tuesday, August 15. Currently the total collection of this movie is Rs 73.67 crore.
Akshay Kumar’s ‘Oh My God 2’ was one of the most awaited films of the year. The story of this film has been liked by the fans. Meanwhile, ‘OMG 2’ had an overall occupancy of 74.37 percent on August 15.
Directed by Amit Rai, Akshay Kumar plays the avatar of a devotee of Lord Shiva. Yami Gautam, Pankaj Tripathi and Ramayan fame Arun Govil will also be seen in ‘OMG 2’.
The satirical comedy-drama is based on the 2012 hit film OMG – Oh My God! Sequel to The film is produced by Cape of Good Films, Ashwin Varde, Vipul D Shah and Rajesh Bahl. The creative producer of this film is Dr. Chandraprakash Divedi. The cinematography of the film has been done by Amalendu Chaudhary.
