CHICAGO (CBS) — An international manhunt is underway in the murder of Kevin Jiang, a Yale University student from Chicago.
Police are searching for 29-year-old Massachusetts Institute of Technology graduate student Qinxuan Pan.

Police believe Qinxuan Pan killed Kevin Jiang in a case of road rage in Connecticut in February.
Interpol issued a “Red Notice” after a request from the United States Marshals Service in case Pan travels out of the country.
