National Awards 2023: These stars along with Allu Arjun-Alia Bhatt bagged the awards, know the prize money

69th National Film Awards 2023: It is everyone’s dream to receive the National Film Award, one of the most prestigious awards of the country. People in the film industry work hard and make a good film, so that they too can get this award one day. This year, this dream of many stars came true. Yes, President Draupadi Murmu presented the National Award at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi today. It features Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Allu Arjun and Apoorva Mehta along with Karan Johar. Apart from this, many films have earned big in this year’s 69th National Film Awards. R Madhavan’s Rocketry: The Numby Effect won the best feature film award this year, while Allu Arjun became the first Telugu actor to win the best actor award. She won this award for her performance in Pushpa: The Rise. The Best Actress award is jointly won by Alia Bhatt for Gangubai Kathiawadi and Kriti Sanon for Mimi. Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani also bagged a big award as he won Best Music Direction (Record Score) for RRR. RRR has won a total of 6 awards.

Alia Bhatt won the Best Actress award at the National Film Awards 2023 and Ranbir Kapoor was beaming with pride. As soon as the actress came on stage, Ranbir was seen proudly capturing Alia’s unforgettable moments on camera. The actress accepted the medal and certificate from the President of India, Draupadi Murmu. Alia Bhatt wore saree in her wedding for this special day.

Waheeda Rehman received the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. The veteran actress got emotional while accepting this award. R Madhavan then came to pacify him. Rocketry: Nambi Effect producer and actor R Madhavan won the National Award and was applauded by the audience. Allu Arjun won the Best Actor award for Pushpa: The Rule. Sneha Reddy took his photograph from the audience. Pankaj Tripathi won the Best Supporting Actor award for Mimi. Apart from this, Sardar Udham also won awards for Best Audiography, Production Design and more at the event. Karan Johar won the National Film Award for Sher Shah. Vishnu Vardhan also won an award for this film. Prem Rakshit won Best Cinematography for RRR and MM Keeravani won Best Music Direction (Record Score). Chello Show won the Best Gujarati Film and Bhaveen Rabari won the Best Child Actor award.

What else does the winner get with the national award?

National Film Award winners are given two categories. Prizes are awarded accordingly. The first is a golden lotus and the second is a silver lotus. Those who won the Golden Lotus get more prizes, while the Silver Lotus winners get less. Apart from this, the Dadasaheb Phalke Award winners are given a few rupees, a shawl and a certificate along with the prize. This time this honor has been given to veteran actress Asha Parekh.
