The story of ‘Guns and Roses’
In ‘Guns and Roses’, Adarsh Gaurav plays Chhota Ganchi, the heir to a drug empire. Chhota Ganchi wants to make his father proud. No crime drama is complete without the police. Dulquer Salmaan is playing the role of officer Arjun Verma in it. Tired of his mundane lifestyle, the honest cop quickly turns to a life of debauchery in search of money. The easiest way for Arjun to do this is to eliminate drug kingpins. For that he meets Chhota Ganchi.
Gulshan Devaiya will be seen in a different role in ‘Guns and Roses’.
Gulshan Devaiah will be seen in a different role in ‘Guns and Roses’. Gulshan plays the role of ‘4 Cat Atmaram’, who is known for killing spirits with just four strokes of a switchblade. It’s a testament to Raj and DK and Suman Kumar’s writing that Guns N’ Roses, despite its flaws, keeps you hooked till the end. Guns N’ Roses unfolds a tale of revenge, heartbreak and sweet innocence through the eyes of three classmates. The serial will also feature the late Satish Kaushik, who plays Ganchi’s father. Apart from this, it also has Pooja Gore.
Guns N’ Roses cast
Guns N Gulab is fueled by a quartet of incredible performances by Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan, Gulshan Devaiah and Adarsh Gaurav. No less impressive is the inclusion of a large cast with TJ Bhanu shining brightly in a male-dominated series. Pooja Gor and Shreya Dhanwantari don’t have much, but they too make their presence felt. Vipin Sharma is strong as Ganchi’s right hand man Mahendra.
This was said by filmmaker Raj
So, in a conversation with Filmfare.com, filmmaker Raj talked about the casting of Rajkummar Rao and Dulquer Salmaan for Guns and Roses. He added, “The show is more about character details, quirks and nuances than the overall plot. There is a backdrop of gang warfare. So we needed the right cast and had to do it. Rajkumar Rao’s range is huge. Here he plays a lovable boy who turns into a fearsome gangster. But ironically, he is not responsible for this. We needed that swag for Dulquer’s character. We needed a man to come into this little town from the outside and start owning it. He may appear to be a simple man, a romantic man with a wife and children who listens to music. But there is something more to him.
