The US version trailer and poster have been released for the A24 film “A Different Man,” starring Sebastian Stan, who is well known for his role as Bucky in the “Captain America” ​​series. Stan's performance was praised, and the film won the Best Actor Award at the Berlin Film Festival.

Stan plays the main character, Edward, an aspiring actor who suffers from neurofibromatosis, a genetic disease that causes tumors in the skin and bones. He undergoes innovative facial plastic surgery and is reborn as a different man.

Adam Pearson, who plays Oswald, is an actor who actually has neurofibromatosis. He has appeared in “Under the Skin” (2013) and “Chained for Life” (2018), and Stan in this film had special makeup done based on Pearson. The director is Aaron Simberg, who also worked on “Chained for Life,” and this will be his second collaboration with Pearson.
